Labels

I need loop lock self ties and stick in labels with our company name and details pre-printed, can you do this and how much does it cost?

Pre-printed tags and stick in’s are no problem! Prices vary depending on the quantity and number of colours so please call sales on 0800 975 5040 for a quote.

We only use small quantities, can you still supply us?

Our minimum order is one roll of any stock label. Even custom made labels can be supplied in small quantities.

Can you supply labels for my old dot matrix printer?

Yes, we can. Please call our sales team on 0800 975 5040 for prices, we can supply labels for just about every printer ever sold.

LabelStation System

If I order a LabelStation what else will I need to buy?

As a complete “out-of-the-box” package, the LabelStation is supplied with all the hardware and software you need to get printing. You will need to order any labels and print ribbons such as loop locks or pot labels, these are not included with the cost of the LabelStation.

Which versions of Windows is the LabelStation compatible with?

All LabelStation Pro systems supplied from January 2009 are Windows XP & Vista compatible.

Do I need to be an computer expert to use the LabelStation software?

No, although being familiar with Windows will be an advantage. Our software is easy to use, anyone currently using typical Windows applications will find our software intuitive. Plus we supply templates for our loop locks and stick in’s.

What is the warranty on the LabelStation printer?

All LabelStation printers have a one year return to base warranty. We also offer lifetime telephone support so we are always at the end of the phone if you need help.

Does the LabelStation work with Apple Macintosh computers?

Unfortunately, there is currently no support for Apple computers and we are unable to offer support to Apple users running Windows emulation.

Can I use my own plant information to print labels?

Yes, if you have plant data in one of the common database formats, our LabelStation software can link to an external data source such as Excel, Access etc.

What is the print resolution of the LabelStation printer?

The LabelStation Pro200 has a resolution of 200dpi and the LabelStation Pro300 has a print resolution of 300dpi. Both give an excellent print quality even on smaller fonts.

What sort of labels does the LabelStation System print?

The LabelStation is highly versatile and can print: Loop locks, stick in’s, self adhesive labels bed labels barcode labels, stickers, small signs & EPOS labels.
